As part of our post-16 Peace Studies link, a group of our 6th form pupils, along with their peers from St Michael’s College, had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the city walls of Londonderry. The tour incorporated a visit to the murals of the Bogside as well as a walk along the walls whilst being availed of a fascinating history of the city and its peoples’ experiences pre, during and post troubles. Thank you to Catherine Scott from Enniskillen Castle Museum for organising a great excursion; an enjoyable day with a great group of young people.
