The ABP Angus Youth Challenge team are continuing to work on their project which requires them to investigate how the Aberdeen Angus breed will ensure sustainability of farming in Fermanagh. To find out more about the history of the Aberdeen Angus breed, the team met with Mr Alan Morrison and his son James, a Year 9 pupil in Enniskillen Royal Grammar School. Alan is the Chairman of the Northern Ireland Aberdeen Angus Club and provided Anna, Aaron, James and Thomas with a lot of valuable information on the breed and how it has evolved over the last century. A sincere ‘thank you’ to Alan and James for giving up their evening to meet with the ERGS ABP Angus Youth Challenge team.
