The Lakeland Youth Centre is currently recruiting for the next Fermanagh Youth Voice representatives. They are seeking 20 representatives, aged 16-21, that will represent the voice of Fermanagh young people and act as advocates for tackling social issues that impact on young people in their communities.
Young people will gain the following:

- OCN Accredited Training
- Leadership
- Interpersonal Skills
- Support others and become community activists
- Residentials
- Social Outings
- Hours towards Impact Awards (Formerly known as Millennium Volunteers)
