Year 11 Food and Nutrition classes were out exploring the real meaning behind ‘farm to fork’ during their tour of Lappin’s Farm in Enniskillen to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the topics Food Provenance and Food Production. On behalf of our students, Miss Wynne would like to thank Mr and Mrs Lappin for the insightful tour of their farm, as well as the educational talks provided, allowing for an expansion of knowledge and understanding in terms of the Food and Nutrition curriculum at GCSE level.
