On the 4th August the yr13 Gold Duke of Edinburgh group of Erin Rodgers, Emma Loane, Abi Brock and Emily Morton set off on their 4 day expedition to explore the upper reaches of Lough Erne by canoe 🛶. The group set out from Belturbet and over the 4 days navigated their way down stream to the finish point at Trory jetty opposite Devenish Island. As with all good DofE expeditions there were several challenges on route which the group faced head-on and surmounted. Some spectacular scenery and great memories made the expedition a great success. Well done to Erin, Emily, Abi and Emma.
