On Wednesday 20th June 2018 Adam Beaumont, Megan Jackson, Leanne Maguire and Luke Paton from Year 10 took part in the Digital DNA Futures App competition in Belfast which was supported by Sentinus.
They pitched their app which was a mental health tracker designed for secondary school age pupils to a small panel and out of 28 teams they were placed in the top 3.
In the final, they presented their app to 6 judges in a Dragons Dens pitch in front of an audience. Unfortunately they did not win the overall prize which was an all-expenses paid trip to San Francisco, but they had an amazing day and they were excellent ambassadors for our school.
Warmest congratulations to them and to their teacher Mrs McManus.
