A team of Year 8, 9 & 10 girls took part in a Football Tournament today, Mon 20 May, at Bawnacre in Irvinestown.

Five teams participated and the games were played on a “Round Robin” basis.

ERGS beat Fivemiletown College 3-0, Drumragh College 1-0, Devenish College, 3-0 and lost 4-0 to Castlederg High.

ERGS then met Castlederg once again in the final and were beaten by a very strong team!

The girls played really well throughout the tournament, and should be very pleased that they finished as runners-up!
