A unique, bespoke course where young people who show potential for community activism and leadership can gain a real insight and working knowledge of the world of Grant-Making and administration.
Young people will develop skills in presentation, research, negotiation, decision-making, leadership, team-work etc. and they will have opportunities to gain positions on active community Boards across Fermanagh.
As a result of participation young people will have increased their confidence, improved their employability and have been part of a team of young people who will have made an active contribution to the improvement of their community.
We are accepting Nominations from organisations, schools or from Individuals for this course! Deadline for Applications: 23rd October 2020.
