ERBC’S Juniors competed at Trinity Regatta on Saturday and came back with 5 sets of medals. Cillian Donaghy had a great day in Dublin with 3 wins over the course of the day. There were wins for 2 of our WJ15 2X crews in their straight finals. Natalie Turner and Isabella Wright overcame the crew from Graiguenam and Tori Davis and Grace Collins took the win over Neptune RC. Cillian Donaghy and Joshua Ihnat won their MJ14 2X final against Kings Hospital BC with Cillian then going on to win the MJ14 4X+ final with Dara McMurray Taylor, Matthew Montgomery, Lewis Coalter and cox Grace Collins. Cillian then coxed the WJ14 4X+ crew of Isabella Wright, Natalie Turner, Darcy Balfour and Chloe Simmons to victory in their final against the girls from Neptune RC. All the rowers who took part rowed well and gained lots of invaluable experience. Many thanks to everyone who travelled with the rowers and helped out. Next up for ERBC is National Schools Regatta at Eton Dorney at the end of the month when the crews travelling will compete against the top school clubs from all over the UK and Ireland.
