Showjumping at the Ecclesville Arena on Thursday 26th in the Omagh High School Inter-schools.
On Thursday 26th September, 3 pupils competed in the Omagh High School Inter-schools charity show. The top 6 teams/Individuals are prize winners.
Rianna Mulligan, Year 8, entered the 70cm speed round for her first event. She had a very speedy round enabling her to pick up 4th place ( her sister Julia was speedier again and won the event.)
We were due to enter a team for the Novice event, but unfortunately some of our riders had to pull out last minute. Fortunately, Limavady HS were in the same situation, so they invited us to make up a team. This allowed Rianna to jump again ( and her sister). Between the 4 riders, the team were placed 6th.
Finally, the 1m Individuals ( after a very long wait) Adrianna Hurst and Natalie Somerville were riding Natalie was placed 6th in an all clear round.
Well done to all – a very long day.
