Beckett at Enniskillen Royal
This year’s Senior Drama production at Enniskillen Royal Grammar School was “Footsteps”. As we have recently, temporarily, decanted from Portora Hill, one of our legacy sites, to mark this event we curated an evening of entertainment through Art, Moving Image Art, Music and Drama, celebrating both the cultural life we have inherited from previous generations of pupils and the cultural life of the present generation.
The evening featured three short plays by Samuel Beckett; ‘Quad’, ‘Play’ and ‘Catastrophe’. There was also a display of original designs, by Jocelyn Herbert, of some of Beckett’s London productions.

Warmest thanks to the London Branch of the OPU for their generous and warm welcome to their 72nd Annual Dinner in London.
It was a special evening as Ryan Graham, this year’s OPU (London Branch) Bursary Winner, was presented with his award. Miss Armstrong, alongside Jake (Head Boy) and Anna (Head Girl), provided the members with an update on the events and achievements of the last school year. It was a most enjoyable evening as our current pupils had the privilege of meeting with former pupils of one of our legacy schools and to share the highlights of their respective school experiences.
