A busy week of rugby in school with our usual Saturday fixtures but also midweek fixtures for the 1st XV, Junior Girls and U12 boys.
Four games of rugby for the boys this morning with the 2nd XV and U13/U14 teams hosting Royal School Dungannon whilst the Medallions travelled to Portadown College.
2nd XV lost 35-14
Meds won 19-0
U14 lost 38-0
U13 won 40-0
Our Year 8 boys made the short trip to Omagh on Friday afternoon to play a blitz against the Academy and Royal School Dungannon. Three teams took to the field and put in some excellent performances showing their development over the first two months of term and getting rewarded for their hard work.
And another super day of rugby for our Junior Girls who travelled to Royal School Armagh for a provincial blitz on Wednesday .
The girls put in several sterling performances, with both teams winning all matches on the day, scoring 44 tries in total and only conceding 6!!
Great to see so many exceptional performances with huge debate between coaches over who gets a spot on the Team of the Week.
