Over the last two weeks the Year 8 Home Economics classes have been sampling a taste of one of the careers available in the Agri-Food industry.
Year 8 pupils assumed the role of New Product Development technologists and were asked to create an innovative tray bake. After much planning and creative thinking, the end products were prepared, presented and sampled during a fun-filled class this week.
