This weekend Ben McCaldin travelled to Dunlaighoire for the Irish Sailing Youth Nationals and came 1st in his class. The event is seen as the premier event of the season for youth sailors all across Ireland. It has made a winter of travelling long distances to cold training sessions all the more worthwhile for Ben and his family! We are delighted for him.
Next weekend, Ben travels to Rutland Water in Leicestershire for the RYA Eric Twiname junior championships. We wish him all the very best of luck.
