For the attention of parents/guardians of pupils on Cooper Crescent Site only

Dear Parent/Guardian
Due to the ongoing incident at the Railway Hotel on the Irvinestown Road in town we have been advised that link buses will not operate for the Cooper Crescent Site this afternoon and pupils will need to walk to their bus pickup points. Link Bus services will run as normal for the Lough Shore Site.
Parents who pick up their children from the Cooper Crescent Site can do so as normal. We ask however that if you have an arrangement for pick up elsewhere in town that you come to the Cooper Crescent Site this afternoon in case your child’s normal walking route is closed due to the incident.
For pupils walking to bus pick up points we will explain to the pupils this afternoon the designated walking routes and senior staff will be on hand to supervise these walking routes.
To facilitate the above, classes will end on Cooper Crescent Site only at 2.55 pm to allow the pupils time to walk to their pickup points.
We will ask pupils who are being picked up at school to wait in the Assembly Hall at school until their lift arrives at school.
