I hope this email finds you well. My name is Kimberley McMahon, and I am a Children’s Holistic Wellness Therapist with a dedicated Children’s Wellness Centre in Brookeborough. I am reaching out to introduce myself and share my passion for supporting children’s mental health and well-being.
At the Children’s Wellness Centre, I am committed to helping young individuals learn valuable skills, techniques, and strategies that they can use independently to promote their wellness. Through mindful practices and holistic approaches, I aim to empower children to build resilience, manage stress, and enhance their overall well-being.
I would like to bring to your attention our Teens Mindful Movement and Meditation class, which is specifically designed to support teenagers in cultivating mindfulness and inner balance. This class provides a safe and nurturing space for teens to explore movement, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques that can help them manage emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve focus.
