We are going to do the Christmas Hamper appeal again this year. Last year’s year 11/12 pupils and the school staff helped to provide much needed food and other items to over 70 people in our local community at Christmas. This year we would like the whole school to get involved and help even more people in our local area.
It will have a house charity focus with house points given to those pupils who contribute. We are asking each form class across the school to make a Christmas hamper for the Enniskillen Foodbank, to be delivered to families in our local area in time for Christmas.
To try to make the process easier and ensure a good range of items for the hampers, a Christmas Hamper Appeal List 2019 has been issued to each tutor group. Each member of your form class who wants to get involved takes responsibility for getting 1 or 2 of the items in the list for the hamper.
Deadlines:
Allocating items during form time by Friday 29th November
Boxes in rooms by Wednesday 4th December
Returning items to the form rooms by Wednesday 11th December
Hampers collected from rooms on Thursday 12th December.
