Year 10 and Year 11 students were very lucky to watch an array of cookery demonstrations from the very talented Liz Brown from the Livestock Meat Commission. Liz showcased a variety of skilled dishes, of which included: Greek Lamb Kebabs, Beef Thai Red Curry, and a Chinese Style Beef Stir-fry with Wholewheat noodles. It was great to see the engagement from all the pupils and what a fantastic way to showcase the wonderful beef and lamb produce that we have here in Northern Ireland.
