COVID 19 Vaccination for Young People

Information packs regarding the Department of Health’s COVID 19 vaccination programme for children aged 12-15 were distributed to pupils in Years 8-12 in school on Thursday 22 October 2021. The information packs included a COVID 19 vaccination guide for Parents, a COVID 19 Vaccination Guide for Children and Young People, and a consent form .

If you wish your son/daughter to take part in this vaccination programme please return the consent form to reception on either site.

Further packs are available from school if for any reason you did not receive a pack via your son/daughter.
