An early start and a trip to the East coast didn’t deter the ERGS U13 squad from playing two superb games against Bangor Grammar A and Bs. In both games the ERGS boys started quickly with strong forward running setting up slick distribution and execution of wide ball by the half backs to score several impressive team tries. Defensively both sides tackled well to quickly close down any challenges to their lines leading to dominant performances on both pitches despite the increasingly inclement weather conditions.
