The recent three day training camp organised by the Ulster Schools Swimming Association (USSA) took place in London from Friday, March 28, to Sunday, March 30, where 16 year old Ellie Dunlop represented Enniskillen Royal Grammar School alongside 22 other swimmers from around Ulster who qualified at the KS4 USSA Championships.
Centered at the iconic London Olympic Pool, the camp focused on enhancing swimming techniques and building endurance through rigorous daily sessions led by the USSA experienced coaches and team managers, providing swimmers the opportunity to enjoy first class training while making friendships that will last a lifetime.
In addition to intensive training swimmers enjoyed opportunities for sightseeing, allowing them to explore the rich culture and history of London. This unique combination of training and leisure fostered teamwork and friendship, leaving swimmers inspired and better prepared for their upcoming competitions this season.
