ERGS Covid-19 Rugby Return To Play Declaration

The ‘COVID 19 Return to Play Declaration’ needs to be completed by all rugby players and coaches prior to starting or returning to training/matches this season.

If you answer “YES” to ANY of the questions you should NOT attend training or play matches.

If your circumstances change in the period since you complete the declaration you will need to submit a second declaration before returning to rugby.
