Junior team (Year 10) – this was another strong performance off the back of their recent Blitz win. The girls all had a strong match with only the odd patch of fatigue hitting them sporadically. They held the lead from the start and gradually increased it as they progressed through the quarters. It was only in the final quarter that they allowed Drumragh to put a dent in their defences.However, they girls did enough to come away with a 19-11 victory. Time will tell how they fare in their section, as the team has won one game and lost one game.
Minor team(Year 9) – played a really strong match once again. Each and every player put in maximum effort and were rewarded with an excellent win of 22-2. This team have now deservedly won their section and will progress to the N.I. B League finals where they will face the winners from the other 5 Sections in the competition.
