The 1st XI hockey team put up a fantastic fight in their Schools Intermediate Cup match against Castlederg HS this afternoon. After a hard-fought game that ended 0-0 in regular time, the match was decided by penalty run-ins, where the team unfortunately lost 3-1.
A special mention goes to goalkeeper Sophie Moore for her outstanding efforts, as well as to the five players who bravely stepped up to take the penalties. Despite the result, the team should be proud of their performance in such a tightly contested match!
