Year 12 Practical Examinations commenced with Miss Wynne and 12D last week. A very successful showcase of very high skilled dishes were presented, ranging from cheese and onion pinwheels, coconut prawn curry, beef stroganoff, various types of soups and breads, and a vast array of desserts, including crumbles with custard, lemon posset and summer fruit pastry tartlets. All pupils involved so far should be very proud of what they have achieved, as this is evidence that hard work pays off and Miss Wynne is delighted with the progress of all students. A job well done!
