A very tough final League match was played today between ERGS and St Cecilia’s, L’derry. Both teams were on edge in the first quarter, with the score line reflecting that at 4-4. Seeing where we were vulnerable, we rejigged some positions and as a result, were leading at half time. We kept the team like this for the third quarter and increased our lead. Tiredness at the end of this quarter meant that fresh legs were needed! This gave the team the boost to further increase their lead and so win the match. 26-19 to ERGS. Well done to all the players.
