A huge thank you to the Senior Girls’ and Boys’ Rugby squads and their coaches for giving us a great day of rugby at Affidea yesterday. While the boys played a tenacious game it was not to be their win on the day: we congratulate Bangor Grammar as Bowl winners. A huge shout out to the girls who brought home their fourth consecutive win in the Ulster Schools’ Cup. A simply superb achievement against a very worthy side in Down High School. A big thank you too to all the travelling spectators for your generous and good natured support; your excellent behaviour was noted by the Ulster Rugby staff on duty in the stands. A special thank you to the Pipe Band for the stirring swirl of their pipes and drums which really added to the atmosphere. Well done Team ERGS!
