Fermanagh and Omagh District Council in partnership with Fermanagh Rural Community Initiative will be delivering REAP (Rural Economic Accelerator Programme), the successor to the previous ASPIRE Programme. The programme is being funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered in conjunction with South-West College.
REAP currently offers the Classroom Support Package which incorporates work experience opportunities alongside Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Linguistic Phonics, IT for the Classroom, Child Protection and Autism Awareness Training.
To be eligible for the REAP Programme the participant must be economically inactive, that is, those who are not in full-time/part time employment or are required to attend a Jobs and Benefits Office Job Coach to look for work.
REAP provides an opportunity for those who are preparing to move into employment or to progress with further or higher education to receive support appropriate to their needs.
