The Being Well Doing Well team at the Education Authority has created a resource to encourage school communities to take rest and recovery time over the summer months. To this end, please find attached the ‘2024 Summer Self-Care Challenge’ booklet. Pages 1-3 are suitable for younger family members who may be aged 4-11, while page 4 is geared to pupils who are 11 years and over. Pages 5-9 contain wellbeing advice for staff.
