The U13 girls finished in the top four in the western league after some fine performances over the year. The position in the league qualified them for a semi final v Castlederg. After dominating for most of the game the girls were hit with a breakaway goal and although they created chance after chance they could not find an equaliser. The fact that ‘Derg keeper was awarded player of the match speaks volumes. Having lost this game ERGS found themselves in a play off for 3rd/4th. To their credit Enniskillen again dominated from start to finish and ran out comfortable winners. Perhaps the most pleasing aspect was that the squad contained six year 8 girls. We look forward to see what next season offers.
