As we begin a new term we take this opportunity to highlight with our school community our current COVID 19 pupil Protocols.
Please find below a copy of these pupil protocols which the Senior Leadership Team are highlighting with our Year Groups in their hubs today. Tutors will also be reinforcing the key messages in tutor time over the next week.
Pupil Protocols 5th January 2022
From Monday 10th January 2022 pupils will be in subject specific rooms for all their classes, thus completing the transition begun last term when practical classes moved out of the classroom hubs into their specialist rooms.
All of our other COVID 19 mitigations remain as before and we thank our pupils for their excellent level of cooperation with these mitigations as together we protect our school community against COVID 19
As we begin a new term we would also like to encourage pupils who have not yet signed up for the Lateral Flow Test kits provided by the Department of Education to do so. Pupils should take a Lateral Flow Test on Monday and Thursday mornings prior to coming to school: if the test is positive the current PHA Guidance should be followed at https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/articles/coronavirus-covid-19-self-isolating
Please find below a consent form which should be returned to Reception on either site as soon as possible if you would like to receive a Lateral Flow test kit. Pupils who have already completed a consent form do not need to complete a new form for this term.

Please contact Miss Armstrong or a member of the SLT at school if you have any queries in regard to the pupil protocols or the Lateral Flow testing kits.
