The year 13 book group had a stimulating discussion on 1984 and Animal Farm by George Orwell, all agreeing that these works are no less a commentary on society today and our current world dystopia. Animal Farm was a particularly enjoyable and clever read enjoyed by all.

Our next chosen read is The Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde and we will meet again on the last Thursday in April. Happy Easter reading everyone!
