Plenty of snow and sunshine accompanied the Yr9’s in Switzerland last week. All enjoyed fantastic conditions, great accommodation and food. On the piste’s the children were grouped with an instructor for the week and made excellent progress from day 1 with all mastering the basics of the snow plough and by day 3 were mostly able to parallel turn. Mr Finlay even struggled to catch up with all the groups dispersed across the mountains but managed to get action shots of everyone by the end of the week.
Off piste the children enjoyed spacious accommodation at La Moubra in Montana with excellent catering provided morning, afternoon and particularly the daily 3 course evening meal. Evening activities included Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis in the indoor sports centre, shopping in the village, movie night, disco night & a celebration of chocolate!
Thanks to the Ski Company who put on an excellent week the children all thoroughly enjoyed
