On Wednesday 27th September, BBC Songs of Praise visited St Macartin’s Cathedral in Enniskillen to record hymns for two programmes. The Reverend Dean Hall welcomed choristers from throughout the community including several school choral groups. Enniskillen Royal Grammar School was represented by Senior Music pupils and Choir members, who along with the whole congregation rehearsed and performed twelve contrasting hymns throughout the evening. The first programme will be broadcast on Remembrance Sunday, 12th November.
Songs of Praise at St Macartins
Enniskillen Royal Grammar School is a new academically selective voluntary grammar school that opened on 1 September 2016.
