Last weekend members of the Enniskillen Royal Grammar School Cadet detachment, Ethan Downey, William Graham, Ryan Graham, Oliver Krawczyk, and Joshua Warrington took part in the annual Military Skills Competition hosted by the Irish Guards called the ‘Mini Micks’. They were joined by Jordan Sheridan, Logan Livingstone, and William Lyons, current or previous students at Devenish College.
The team, led by Ethan Downey and supported by Logan Livingstone as Second in Command (2IC), performed exceptionally well. The Irish Guards praised their outstanding morale, effort, and enthusiasm throughout the weekend. The team went on to win Best Section Attack and were awarded Runners-Up for Best Detachment in a competition which featured Irish Guards detachments from across Northern Ireland and England, with a total of eleven teams taking part.
