ERGS showjumpers have been very busy since their last Interschools show mid-September.
The Meadow’s Tri-Equestrian League spans 6 weekends between the 20th September – 22nd November. In the first two weekends of the competition, we only had a few Individual riders due to clashes with other shows. However, for the remaining 4 weekends, we were fielding an 85cm team every weekend and by the final weekend, we also had a 1m team.
As usual, all the riders performed very well, representing the school excellently. There were a mixture of results from clear rounds to a couple of poles down and a 7th place finish for Tess Wallace in the 1m Individual during Week 3.
Overall, the 85cm placed 13th out of 19 schools. This is an excellent result considering they only jumped in 4 out of the possible 6 events.
