Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women and girls in our school community and beyond.
Today was a chance to recognise the positive impact that women make every day in our classrooms, on our sports teams, in leadership roles and throughout the wider community. We are very proud of the talented, determined and inspiring young women in ERGS, and of the many women who guide, support and encourage them along the way.
It also feels like a very timely end to the week, following the fantastic achievement of our girls’ senior rugby team retaining their fourth Ulster title in a row. This was a wonderful example of the strength, determination and talent of the young women in our school, and just one of the many ways in which they make us proud.
Here’s to continuing to support, respect and uplift one another…. today and every day. 💜
