NB: There may be some ‘down-time’ at various stages for pupils so you are encouraged to bring a book to read or something useful to do study wise.
Monday 16th
- ALL JUNIOR & SENIOR CHOIR members should go straight to the cathedral for morning registration (and will be there all day). Seniors who are returning to LS in the pm should be at the cathedral after lunch to get the bus to school at 1:10pm. Senior choir members not returning to school should also bring some useful work which they may have a chance to do on Monday afternoon.
- Combined choirs in the cathedral in the morning
- Junior choir in the Enniskeen Room in the afternoon
- ORCHESTRA – Rehearsal from 1:30-3:30 on Monday at the Cathedral. Members who need to travel from school for this (ie not already there due to choir) will travel as follows:
- BUS from CC to cathedral at 1:05
- This bus will then shuttle on to LS and collect orchestra members to travel to the cathedral
- PIPE BAND – as arranged with C Jones – Hilliard Room in Cathedral Halls
Tuesday 17th
- ALL JUNIOR & SENIOR CHOIR members should go straight to the cathedral and will be there all day
- BRASS BAND – all members need to come straight to the cathedral on Tuesday morning. There will be a rehearsal during the morning (from 11:00). If pupils not involved with choirs need to go back to school after lunch this can be arranged.
- PIPE BAND – as arranged with C Jones – Hilliard Room in Cathedral Halls
Wednesday 18th
- ALL CHOIRS, ORCHESTRA AND BRASS BAND TO CATHEDRAL FOR MORNING REGISTRATION– FULL REHEARSAL ALL DAY
- PIPE BAND – as arranged with C Jones – Hilliard Room in Cathedral Halls
Thursday 18th
- Senior Windband and choir members (as directed) to LS am for preparation for the Diamond later in the day – details tbc.
- Playing at the Diamond on Thursday from 1:30-3:00
- PIPE BAND – as arranged with C Jones
Friday 20th December
- ALL JUNIOR & SENIOR CHOIR + BRASS BAND to the cathedral for morning registration re preparation and end of term School Carol Service. (The orchestra will NOT be performing at this event).
- PIPE BAND – as arranged with C Jones – Hilliard Room in Cathedral Halls
