On Thursday 1st March, the Inter Netball Team played their final N.I. League match against Holy Trinity, Cookstown.
This was an excellent match during which both teams played some very high standard Netball.
ERGS were determined to put on a good performance after their recent victory. This they did, with everyone acquitting themselves well and providing super supporting play. The midfield was very strong with Mya Binnom controlling a lot of the ball. Little touches of magic between Mya, Trudie McComb, Ellen Bloomfield and Hannah Davis-Kunze kept the hope alive throughout the match.
The final score was not fully reflective of the match, 25-18.
I have been delighted with the improvement from the girls as they have progressed through the League and look forward to next year.
