The Future Chef Cookery Competition at school level was a huge success for the five finalists that were selected. All five pupils made a great effort in terms of recipe creation, organisation, skill level and overall presentation. Miss Wynne found the decision exceptionally difficult, as all pupils created wonderful dishes and made a tremendous effort. The overall process was considered, and it was evident that one student particularly stood out in terms of organisation, planning, skill, presentation, the practical routine, cleaning down the work area, effective timings and so on. It was a very difficult decision, but well done to Hannah Dunn in year 11 who now proceeds to the local heat in SWC on the 9th November. Additionally, a big congratulations to Annabel Morrison who was selected as runner up due to excellent skill level and dish presentation. A special word of thanks to all pupils involved as this was a very difficult decision and Miss Wynne is genuinely proud of you all.
