With the joint link with the Model Primary School through The Numeracy KS2 and KS3 CPD project, Mrs McCordick organised a joint puzzle session with P7 and Year 8 ERGS pupils which took place today.
There were a series of 12 puzzles set up, with 10 teams of P7 pupils attempting as many puzzles as they could in the hour, in as quick of time as possible with the aim of winning the most points.
All pupils were actively engaged and having fun and Miss Johnston’s Year 8 class were actively involved offering help, hints and totaling up points.
A great time was had by all. A special word of thanks to the Model Primary School for their hospitality, 8A for all their help and exceptional behavior and to Miss Johnston and the classroom assistant, Mrs Nesbitt-Rees for all their assistance.
