A scoreline that doesn’t quite do justice to the play from the Enniskillen boys. The ERGS boys played a good deal of rugby in the Methody half, were solid in the line out and competitive against a hyper aggressive scrum. The backs communicated well but learnt the importance of making the first tackle stick andRead more
ERGS 3rd XV ran out for their first fixture of the season against a well drilled and confident Methody 3s away at Pirrie Park, Belfast. The opening twenty minutes proved a tough lesson for the newly formed ERGS side, who were quickly shown why their opposition triumphed in last year’s Thirds Cup Competition. Despite theRead more

Enniskillen Royal Grammar School is a new academically selective voluntary grammar school that opened on 1 September 2016.
Enniskillen Royal Grammar School is co-educational and non-denominational.
A resounding well done to the class of 2026 in Enniskillen Royal Grammar School who have secured their places in a wide range of university pathways on the strength of their very good performance at A level across twenty-eight subjects. These strong results are a fitting tribute to the hard work and perseverance of our pupils, together with the support of their teachers and parents.
Twenty-five pupils have at least three A grades and almost quarter of the cohort have at least one A* in their portfolio.

Gold Duke of Edinburgh Expedition Success
Congratulations to this year's Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award participants, who successfully completed their Gold Qualifying Expedition last week.
Over four days, the groups trekked approximately 80 km through the stunning but demanding Mourne Mountains. Throughout both their training and qualifying expeditions, they demonstrated exceptional determination, resilience and commitment, overcoming every challenge they encountered with positivity and perseverance.
The teams went from strength to strength as the expedition progressed, showing outstanding character, teamwork and attitude no matter what they faced. Their ability to support one another and work together impressed both the expedition leaders and assessor, who praised the high standard they maintained throughout.
It would not have been possible without the support, guidance and encouragement of all the leaders involved, and we would like to thank them sincerely for helping to make this achievement possible.
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this fantastic group of young people over the past 12 months. They have been outstanding ambassadors for the Enniskillen Royal Grammar School Duke of Edinburgh Award and should be incredibly proud of everything they have achieved.
Congratulations to everyone on this outstanding accomplishment. We are extremely proud of you all!
Leitrim Lodge Group - Alex Crawford, Katie Judge-Orr, Hannah Longworth, Daniel Marlow and Lin Ruo Zhang
Rocky River Group - Emma Bullock, Abbey Johnston, Julia Kennedy and Emily Magee
