Congratulations to Cadet Josh Man of the Enniskillen Royal Grammar Detachment, representing A company, who recently took part in the inter Battalion swimming competition. Josh had a clean sweep winning backstroke, breaststroke, individual medley and the junior boys team relay earning himself 4 medals. Josh will now go on to represent Northern Ireland cadets at the UK wide National Swimming Competition this September.
I addition to Josh’s success, other news from the Enniskillen Royal Grammar School Cadet Detachment includes;
Cadets Catherine Graham and Emily Stewart will represent NI in the girls Hockey Championships in July. Whilst Cadets Sarah Murray and Megan Rodgers have been selected as reserves for this competition.
Currently 13 Cadets are engaging in the completion of Duke of Edinburgh awards. 6 at Bronze level, 5 at Silver and 2 at Gold. Several of these cadets are aiming for completion this September.
