On Wednesday 21 June 2017, 47 GCSE RE pupils, accompanied by their teachers, Mr Beddard, Mrs Dickie and Miss Strong visited some of the churches in and around Enniskillen. The pupils were well mannered throughout the day and asked some very interesting and questions.
In each church they had an opportunity to see key furnishings and learn about such things as baptism, Eucharist/Communion and the role of churches in today’s world. They also enjoyed learning about Rev Cupples’ recent Camino walk in France and Spain.
A good day was had by all!
