On Monday 4th March our Year 11 Team travelled to Fivemiletown to play their annual Fermanagh Netball Blitz. With 5 schools entering, the competition was strong. Over the years, these teams have faced each other at least once a year, and their performances have always been excellent. This year was no different. From the first game, you could see that all the matches were to be highly competitive. Our team played some excellent netball with strong passing and shooting. Unfortunately, they didn’t quite do enough to rank in the top 3 teams.
Netball continues for the Year 11-14 girls until the end of March when they will have a break until September. My thanks to the girls and my excellent assistant coaches ( Miss S Johnston and Miss A Cathcart) for their support each week since September.
