Tuesday 26th November saw Year 13 English Literature pupils attend a series of lectures on Mary Shelley’s ‘Frankenstein’ in Stanmillis University College Belfast. This provided an array of alternative critical opinions, narrative and contextual information on the text which pupils can apply to illuminate and develop their own critique of the Gothic novel. The event delivered an interesting and enjoyable experience whilst also providing an insight into third level education.
