With two games played and one to go, the Medallions are currently enjoying their tour in Scotland this week based at Sterling University and playing three local sides as a warm-up for what promises to be an exciting Medallion season. On Wednesday the boys faced Stewart’s Melville, playing on their main pitch which famously hosted Scotland’s home international fixtures from 1900 to 1923. A convincing display of skill resulted in a 48-17 win or the boys. Today (Thursday) the squad were able to visit Murrayfield and went on to play George Watson’s College. Cheered on by a small and very welcome group of touring parents, they once again were victorious with a 39-7 defeat of the opposition. Congratulations boys! Good luck for your final game tomorrow and fingers crossed for the ‘hat trick’ before the journey home.
