The rowers enjoyed super success at the Irish Indoor Rowing Championships in Limerick on Saturday. It sets them up nicely for a good racing season ahead after a great block of training over the last few weeks. They came away with: 4 Gold, 1 Sliver and 7 Bronze medals. Full report in coming days.
