Our Year 10 Blitz squad played in the local Fermanagh competition today at Castlepark, Lisnaskea. Five schools attended giving each school four matches. Fermanagh Trust is delighted to invite applications for the 6th Cohort of Fermanagh Young Leaders, a unique opportunity for young people aged 17-25 to develop their leadership skills, build confidence, and make a meaningful difference in their local communities.
The seven-month programme, which begins Tuesday 29th September 2026, provides participants with the opportunity to take part in weekly sessions where they will:
* Develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
* Learn about community development and social action
* Work collaboratively to identify issues affecting young people
* Play a direct role in awarding grant funding to local community projects
* Gain a recognised OCN qualification in Community Development
* Enhance their CV, further education applications, and future employment prospects
* Make a positive and lasting impact within their community
