Huge congratulations to the Medallion squad who beat Foyle College in this morning’s Ulster Schools’ Medallion Trophy competition. With No. 8 Guobys scoring a hat trick, the boys put on a convincing and dominant display to come away with a 15-5 victory. This is a team who with their coaches Mr Pattison, Mr Harron and Mr Beddard understand the need to dig deep again and again, in the ground of failure. By doing that with determination and resolve, they found huge success and are now the holders of the very fine Trophy which they brought home to Enniskillen Royal Grammar School on Saturday. We are very proud of them in their success, all the more so because they never gave up when success did not come their way. We know they are the stronger, better team for this journey and indeed stronger better young men for their bigger journey in life.
